A man continuosly teased by his neighbours for being a loud snorer has been caught on camera slashing their tyres.
Between 2004 and 2008 the man suffering with a sleep disorder slashed tyres totalling up to 15 on his neighbours family car. After complaints of him keeping them awake he took action until he was caught on CCTV, specifically installed to find the culprit of the slashing.
In court the man pleaded guilty to 11 similar charges and blamed his actions on their constant teasing and mental illness.
