Oxcliff and Colescliffe Road has been the recent target for youth vandalism, specifically the block of flats next to the junction.
Although attempts have been made to clean up the area things have become worse says Cllr Phil McDonald, calling for CCTV in the area.
Cllr Phil McDonald believes some of the residents living in the flats are not safe and has requested Yorkshire Coast Homes to make changes to protect its residents.
CCTV installation would capture any incidents and its offenders for prosecution and prevent future vandalism.
